distribution of this document can be held responsible or

This product is not designed for network use and may cause
access conflicts when the Bookmark feature is used from a
network server. It is the recommendation of LeftJustified
that this product be utilized only as a distinct set of
files on each machine where it will be used. (Networked
machines may be used, but the product should not be stored
on one machine for access by others.)

License Agreement for "The Federalist"
UNREGISTERED USE -- This is a legal agreement between you
and LeftJustified Publiks regarding the use of this product
as defined in the "Disclaimer and conditions" statement
above. "Use" is defined here as the presence of the
individual product files in an unarchived form on your
system, or as the operation or utilization of any or all of
the files that make up this product.
You are allowed to use this product on a trial basis for
thirty (30) days. Should you fail to register this product
by the end of the thirty day trial you must stop using it
and delete it from your machine immediately (except as
provided in paragraph 2: "Sysops...".)
REGISTERED USE BY INDIVIDUAL -- This is a legal agreement
between you and LeftJustified Publiks regarding the use of
this product as stipulated in "Disclaimer and conditions"
above. "Registered" is defined here as a condition when the
user has sent moneys as specified by LeftJustified Publiks
as payment for use of the product. LeftJustified will supply
the user a Registration Document containing information that
demonstrates the Registered status of the product on the
user's machine(s).
This product is registered to you, by name, and not to a
specific machine. You may use this product on as many as
three machines provided that you are the owner or person
solely responsible for the machine (e.g. on a laptop provid-
ed by your employer.) You CAN NOT under any circumstance
share registration information or files created by the
registration process with any other person. All conditions
for distribution stated above remain in effect.
You can use the Copy and Print features in this product to
reproduce the contents for your own personal use, but you
can not reproduce the product contents for sale or distri-
bution except with specific permission from the copyright
holder*.

between your organization or company and LeftJustified
Publiks regarding the use of this product as defined in the

as payment for use of the product. LeftJustified will supply
the agent a Registration Document containing information
that demonstrates the Registered status of the product on
one or more machines.
This product is registered to the institution and not to a
specific machine. This product can be used on as many as
three machines.
Multiple Registrations must be purchased from LeftJustified
in any instance where the product will be installed on more
than three machines or utilized by more than three machines
on a network server. LeftJustified will create variations of
the Institution name for each registered instance of the
product, or otherwise stipulate the number of Registrations
purchased. Registration information or files created by the
registration process CAN NOT under any circumstance be shar-
ed with any other person. All conditions for distribution
stated above remain in effect.
Users may utilize the Copy and Print features in the product
to reproduce the content for personal use, but not for sale
or distribution except with specific permission from the
copyright holder*. TEACHERS may use printed product content
in the classroom as a basis for introduction to or outline
of the subject addressed by the product.
