New York City Real Estate Deal Struck

SL Green Realty Corp. has announced an agreement to acquire New York City office and retail real estateinvestments from Gramercy Capital Corp. SL Green will be purchasing investments from Gramercy for anaggregate price of $390.8 million, including the assumption of $265.6 million in debt. The transactions are expected to close within the next three months.

SL Green is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust that specializes in theacquisition and management of Manhattan office properties. Gramercy Capital Corp is a self-managedintegrated commercial real estate finance and property investment company.
