Obama Looking to Institute Business Tax Credit

As pressure increases on President Obama to change his focus on what appears to many to be a broken economy ahead of the midterm elections, the President has indicated he is ready to call for a $100 billion business tax credits this week.Obama’s business tax proposal seeks to raise and permanently extend research and development tax credits for businesses and give rewards to companies that develop new technologies domestically and preserve American jobs. The business tax credit proposal would be paid for by closing other corporate tax loopholes.
