SeduceHealth Making Its Mark

While a bit wacky, perhaps, in the health care field, a new non-profit, web-based movement is hitting the internet with the name SeduceHealth (  Their goal is to reframe how the healthcare industry communicates with the people that it is charged with serving.Operating under the Eliza Corporation’s non-profit arm,, it wants to showcase how healthcare messages could be delivered with more inspiration.  With their tagline, “Talk health to me, baby,” they hope to inspire and inform healthcare professionals and the public about how to package healthcare messages.As Alexandra Drane, co-founder of SeduceHealth and president and co-founder of Eliza Corporation explains, “The goal of SeduceHealth is to harness the incredible creativity and passion in all of us who are working so hard to effect change, and to use that creativity and passion to bring joy and inspiration back into the conversation we are having with the public about their health — essentially to beguile them into making sustainable changes that feel good.”Roni Zeiger, co-founder of SeduceHealth continues this explanation as he says that we have an opportunity to reframe the approach that we take to discussing patient wellbeing.  We need, as he describes, to move away from the impersonal and academic approach to a more personal form of communication and inspiration to help people to “want better health.”
